We are a 55+ park. No one under the age of 55 years may be a tenant.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music or excessive noise.
Speed limit in the park is 5 miles per hour.
Please be considerate of others. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness or ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. We WILL call the authorities. All tenants and their guests MUST comply with ALL federal, state, and local laws and park rules.
One well-behaved pet is welcome at manager's discretion. Pit Bulls are NOT allowed. Pets are required to be leashed and under owner's control at all times. Tenants are required to clean up after their pets. All pets must be properly and currently vaccinated. Tenants are responsible for their pets at all times.
No water or effluent may be discharged from RV or park model. All water supply and waste hoses are to be kept leak free.
Sites are to be kept neat, clean, and free of debris, boxes, and trash. No vehicle repairs or oil changes are allowed in park. Vehicles not in good mechanical order are not allowed.
RVs must be of suitable appearance. No tarps, duct tape, or missing hatch covers are allowed. This is solely at the manager's discretion. RVs must meet all Safety and Health standards. This includes propane tanks and utility hookups.
Fees are for two people and one pet. There will be an extra charge for extra people if management allows them, and two pets may be allowed. This is solely at the manager's discretion.
This is a privately owned park. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate the occupancy of a guest for violation of the rules of this park at any time. Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please lock your RVs and vehicles. Park is not responsible for personal injury. Rent is $335 per month, plus electricity.
